Invoice conditions

1. Every complaint regarding our invoices must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt. After this period they will no longer be accepted.
2. The invoice is payable at our registered office, on the date or on the due date indicated on the invoice.
3. Any amount that remains unpaid on its due date will legally and without prior notice of default give interest, calculated at 12% per year. In case of non-payment on the due date, due to negligence or bad will, the due amount of the invoice will be automatically increased by 15% with a minimum of € 125 and a maximum of € 2,500, as a lump sum certain compensation
4. In case of dispute, only the court of Dedermonde is competent.

   1. Miss Présence organizes various competitions, in which certain prizes can be won by candidates within a certain period. The competitions usually assume a contact of the participant via an SMS with a mobile phone.
   2. Participation in the contest presupposes the acceptance of the contest rules by the participant.
   3. The contest rules can be requested by everyone that is sent to Miss Présence's e-mail address at the following e-mail address: info@misspresence.be, to the attention of Mobile Interactivity and at the latest eight days before the end date of the match concerned.
   4. Miss Présence can make changes to the contest rules at any time.
   5. The price for 1 SMS received / sent or per participation is clearly stated at each competition and in a visible place.
   6. The aforementioned costs are always borne by the participant and can under no circumstances be charged to, or recuperated from Miss Présence.
   7. The winners' choice is based on a highest number of votes for the candidate on which the participant can vote.
   8. Miss Présence awards the prizes in the condition they are in. Miss Présence can under no circumstances be held responsible for any damage.
   9. Miss Présence organizers of the matches may not participate in the competition.
   10. The processing of this data is subject to the provisions of the law on the protection of privacy of 8 December 1992. The user has, as provided in this law, the right to inspect, improve and even delete this data. if requested by registered letter to Miss Présence.
   11. Miss Présence may collect all information it deems necessary for the organization of the competitions and the presentation of prizes.
   12. The personal information that the participant communicates to Miss Présence will be recorded in Miss Présence files and processed for customer management, direct marketing, direct marketing for third parties, market research and fraud and infringement prevention.
   13. Any attempted fraud will be penalized with immediate exclusion from the participant.
   14. Printing, play, typesetting or similar errors can not be invoked as grounds for any obligations due to Miss Présence.
   15. For questions about the competition as such, the participant can contact Miss Présence at info@misspresence.be during office hours, on the understanding that competition questions or winners will never be communicated by telephone.
   16. All disputes must be submitted in writing to Miss Présence, for the attention of Mobile Interactivity, against whose decisions there is no recourse, on penalty of expiry within eight days after the dispute has arisen or could reasonably be determined.
   17. Miss Présence informs the winners with the most votes via SMS or personal writing, this is also announced to the participant on the Facebook page of Miss Présence.

       INFO & TICKET CONDITIONS

       Print your ticket (s) or display your ticket (s) on your smartphone and exchange it for your access belt at our entrance desk.
       Here you will find the conditions attached to tickets of Gala evening Miss Présence and entrance to the Gala evening of Miss Présence:

       1. You only get access to the site after your ticket has been exchanged for a valid access band.
       2. Tickets are neither refunded nor exchanged.
       3. Your access band may not be passed on. Those who are caught cheating with an access band are also exposed to legal prosecution.
       4. Bringing your own drinks in any packaging is prohibited during the Gala evening of Miss Présence. Purchasing a ticket therefore implies that you agree with this prohibition. Backpacks, handbags, etc. can be checked for the presence of your own drinks or forbidden resources / weapons.
       5. Every ticket is personal, resale and any trade in tickets will give rise to the invalidation of the ticket (s), and possibly legal prosecution.
       6. The cancellation of one or more acts beyond the will of the organization will not give rise to a refund of the ticket.
       7. The service and administration costs are in any case definitively acquired by the service provider and are included in the price. € 45, - (EUR): REGULAR TICKET / € 85, - (EUR): BUBBEL TICKET All VAT and taxes are at the expense of the buyer.
       8. The person or company that makes the order is considered as the client and guarantees the payment of the order, even if it has to be drawn up and sent to a third party.

          HOUSEHOLD REGULATIONS SAFETY

          The buyer of an entrance ticket and everyone who enters the Gala evening of Miss Présence is obliged to follow the guidelines given by the organizers in the context of safety and / or to prevent inconvenience. In case of non-compliance, the organizers have the right to deny people access to the event and / or to remove them.

          The following items are not allowed on the premises:

          1. Own beverage (except baby foods and medicines)
          2. Dangerous and forbidden objects
          3. Animals (excluding guide dogs)
          4. narcotics

             The organizers also reserve the right to deny people access to the event or to remove from the event that are suspected of being in possession of weapons, drugs or any other object that poses a threat to safety and that does not give permission for checking bags and / or clothing. This also applies to people who cause difficulties at the event or its surroundings, or who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

             At the end of the event, persons with a valid admission ticket can be (temporarily) denied access to the event for safety or other reasons.
